- Raising money and finding support for the awareness and promotion of the Performing Arts in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.
- Educating young people in reaching the next level in their artistic abilities through technical classes and performance events.
- Working alongside with parents and members of the community in ensuring the progression and success of learning for the young people involved.
- Producing opportunities for young people to display and exercise their craft for friends and families in a safe environment.
- Assisting local schools and other community groups in the production and rehearsals processes of their own performance events.
- Preserving the knowledge and passion of Performing Arts through interactive and extra-curricular experiences.
